- For verification, a One-Time Password (OTP) is sent to the registered mobile number. Users are required to manually enter the OTP in the app for authentication. (OTP is used only for verification and is not stored after successful authentication)
Member Registration Information
Full Name, Date of Birth, District, Taluka, and City, Email Address, Aadhaar Information, Aadhaar details upload, Profession details upload, Individual member photograph.
Documents such as Aadhaar and Profession detail may be collected as part of the registration process.
2.How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To verify your identity through mobile number OTP authentication and document verification
- To create and manage your member account
- To maintain member registration records on our server
- To provide app features and services
- To communicate important updates, announcements, and service-related information
- To improve app performance and user experience.
- Information submitted through the Save Registration feature is securely stored on our servers and used only for the services provided by this application.
3. Aadhaar Information & Registration Options
If Aadhaar information or documents are collected through the application, they are used only for identity verification and member registration purposes. We implement appropriate security measures to protect this sensitive information and do not use it for any unrelated purpose.
Registration Options
Users may complete registration through the application using one of the following options:
1. Online Registration
Users may choose the Online Registration option to continue their registration process through an external official website Elector Registration Graduates’ & Teachers’ Constituency 2025-2026 (https://mahaelection.gov.in).Users will be redirected to the respective website to complete the process. Any information submitted on that website is collected and managed directly by the website owner according to its privacy policy and terms of use. Our application does not collect, store, or process information submitted through that external website.
2. Save Registration
This is an optional assistance feature provided for user convenience. Users can enter their details through this feature if they require assistance with the registration process. The app securely stores these details on our server for providing assistance. The details entered in the app are not automatically submitted to the official website. This information is used for account creation, user verification, providing app services, and improving user experience.
We take reasonable security measures to protect user information and do not use personal data for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy without user consent or a lawful basis.
4. Data Storage and Security

12. Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If we become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from our servers.

The Member Search feature searches records maintained in this application’s own database. The search results are provided for user convenience and are not official Government records.
The Save Registration feature is a separate service provided by this application. Information submitted through this feature is securely stored on our servers for account management and related services.
The Online Registration feature redirects users to the official Maharashtra Government website to complete Graduate Elector registration Any information submitted on that website is collected and processed by the respective Government authority according to its own privacy policy. This application does not collect, store, or process information submitted on the official Government website.
